New Project Submission Form

This project submission form is designed to help us best serve you. Please allow a minimum of four weeks advanced notice for any new projects. Depending on the project type and partner vendors (printers, sign-makers, etc.), this timeframe may be longer. Once we receive the necessary project information via the survey below, we will follow up with a project bid and timeline for your approval.

Project Details

1. What specific deliverables do you need for this project?

Please list out every deliverable you will need (postcard, sign, illustration, etc.).

2. When do you need to have each of your deliverables in hand?

Please provide a date and time of day for each deliverable. Note that for more complex orders, timelines may be affected by third-party vendors.

3. Where should these deliverables be sent? Please either list an email or a physical location and associated name.

4. How many of each deliverable will you need?

Please provide a quantity for each deliverable. This will help us generate a quote and provide pertinent information to any vendors (printers, etc.).

5. Will a third-party vendor (or multiple vendors) be needed (i.e. printer, manufacturer, etc.)? If so, do you have one you'd like to use?

Please provide the company name and contact information. If you do not have a vendor in mind, we are happy to make recommendations.

6. Have you already spoken to a third-party vendor(s) about this project?

If so, please explain what their timeline requirements are and what they need from us (in terms of file types).

7. What are the size/dimension requirements for each deliverable?

Please be as specific as possible.

8. Are there any color considerations we need to be aware of?

(Example: Please let us know if you are wanting to print in black and white, one color, two-color, full color, ect.)

9. Will you be supplying content for this project (if applicable)?

10. If no, would you like help with copywriting?

Please explain what type of content you need help creating.

11. Do you have a specific material/finish type you want?

Please mention any applicable details regarding paper types, sign materials, etc.

12. What (if any) file types will you need?

13. Who will provide final approval?

Please appoint one person to be the point of contact for final approval for this project.

Yes, I understand that Relevant Studios will follow-up regarding a quote for this project.

Yes, I understand the quote includes one round of revisions. Any additional rounds will incur additional cost (at an hourly bill rate of $150). Additional edits may affect the project timeline.

Yes, I agree to Relevant's Studio Policies.

Yes, I understand that it is my responsibility to place orders with vendors once Relevant Studios provides me with the files I need.
